Scoring methodology

Market Score — Methodology

A sector-level measure of momentum and outlook.

Version 1.0 · Updated 2 Jul 2026

The Market Score summarises a sector’s price level, momentum, connectivity and infrastructure trajectory into a single outlook signal.

Inputs & weightage:

  • Price level and year-on-year movement
  • Connectivity and infrastructure
  • Supply and demand balance

Calculation principle: the score is produced by a deterministic model — the same inputs always yield the same score, with no randomness and no external AI generation.

Interpretation: A higher market score indicates a sector with stronger momentum and outlook. Use it to compare micro-markets, not individual units.

Limitations: Sector-level signals do not capture project-specific quality; always read alongside the project scores.
