Builder Trust Score — Methodology

A measure of a developer’s delivery reliability and reputation.

Version 1.0 · Updated 2 Jul 2026

The Builder Trust Score reflects a developer’s track record of delivering projects on time and to specification, and its standing in the Gurugram market.

Inputs & weightage:

  • Delivery track record
  • On-time completion history
  • Market reputation and scale

Calculation principle: the score is produced by a deterministic model — the same inputs always yield the same score, with no randomness and no external AI generation.

Interpretation: Higher scores indicate a more dependable developer. A strong builder trust score reduces construction and possession risk on under-construction projects.

Limitations: Trust reflects historical delivery and cannot predict future performance on a specific project.
