Every AssetBulls score is produced by a deterministic model that combines the project’s own attributes with sector-level and builder-level signals. The same inputs always produce the same score — there is no randomness and no external AI generation in the numbers.
Inputs include project fundamentals (configuration, pricing, possession status, RERA registration), sector signals (price level, year-on-year movement, connectivity and infrastructure) and builder signals (delivery track record and trust). Each score page explains its specific inputs, weightage and limitations.
Scores are decision-support tools, not guarantees. They are recomputed as the underlying data is updated, and each carries a version so readers know which model produced a figure.
